Very quiet at night, it is a good night's rest. The structure is very beautiful, well cared for; around the pool with excellent level, there is a kind of small botanical garden with different types of plants. It is very comfortable for those who travel with children, who do not want any danger. The staff is very kind, ready to help at any time. The cost of the drinks is not very high. Every evening there is a different animation, which does not disturb those who stay in the room.
The buffet restaurant has a very different and varied choice but the cuisine is international, there are a few typical dishes. This, having chosen half board, is rather limited: I would have liked to be able to taste something local every night, maybe with a tasting of the many excellent wines of the island (also for free).

We stayed at Parque San Antonio for one night and had a great experience. The hotel garden is stunning and the pool and room were clean. The staff in the dining room and maids were incredibly friendly. The food, especially the dinner, was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The pool bar area was well maintained and the pool itself was a good size. The room was spacious with plenty of storage. The hotel grounds were beautiful with lots of trees and flowers.
100% Recommend this hotel.

This hotel was excellent value for money with breakfast included which was lovely with freshly made omelettes, fresh bread and plenty of other choices from the buffet. The community area, pool and gardens are lovely, well kept and extremely clean and tidy. With easy access to the motorway this was Ideal for striking out to explore the surrounding area. We will definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to family and friends.
No Parking facilities, thought there is parking on the road nearby driving around to find it was a bit of a trial.

Nice view of the mountain, large pool and comfortable beds. The hotel had a good buffet selection for breakfast and dinner, accommodating different dietary needs. The hotel also had a lifeguard for the pool and a kids club for children. The location of the hotel was easily accessible via taxis with cheap fares, making it convenient to get around to nearby attractions.
The hotel's staff had little spoken English, making it difficult to communicate. The hotel had a generator that produced a constant background noise at all times, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Located within a beautiful forest area, this hotel offers a perfect sanctuary for those who want to get away from the city’s hustle and bustle. Just a few minutes drive from the town centre, the hotel prides itself on a stunning view overlooking the Puerto De La Cruz. The room and bathroom were clean and the staffs were polite and willing to assist. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was quite yummy. The poolside was beautiful.
The hotel’s WiFi connection was unsatisfactory.

We wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings and this hotel was ideal for us. It was easy to find. Free street parking available for those with hire cars. Friendly, efficient staff. Beautiful tropical grounds, wide variety of fresh, tasty food and good onsite facilities. Our room (222) was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping were brilliant. Would recommend for those wanting a quiet, relaxing holiday away from the busier resorts.
Loose ladder type steps only into the pool made it hard for those less able to get in and out of the pool easily or at all.

The hotel had a beautiful garden with a great swimming pool, perfect for a romantic escape. The hammocks available provided the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the sunshine. the breakfast offered was delicious and there was a very friendly staff who were always willing to help.
The room we were given was quite old and dark, with rarely any decorations, while the wooden furniture looked tired. the location was not perfect for exploring the surrounding area, as it seemed to be on a main road resulting in excessive noise.

The hotel is set in part of an old botanical garden above Puerto de la Cruz, on the mountainside. It is stunning. There are tropical plants and trees from all over the world. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind. There was music in the bar lounge. And wonderful flamenco dancers on two occasions. Wide choice of food, including salads, fish and meat dishes, some meat and fish cooked fresh on griddle. You have to be fit to get luggage up steps or ask for help! You can walk down into town and beach in 15 mins. There is a hotel bus every hour up and down. Titsa bus service is cheap and brilliant; some pass the hotel door to places you may wish to visit.eg la Laguna, Oratava, Santa Cruz.
The North has more rain, so wished the hotel had a gym for those days to exercise. Also the weather had been rainy and the pool too cool for swimming.
